Chris has over 20 years experience providing valued advice to entrepreneurial-minded businesses. Chris is an assurance specialist who has planned and executed many significant audits of private businesses and cooperatives. His areas of expertise include traditional accounting and tax services, business planning and budgeting, business system reviews which drive operational efficiency through emphasis on optimizing control quality and cost, and structure planning.
His practice focuses on the manufacturing, retail trade - including cross-border, construction and Aboriginal service industry sectors.
Chris is heavily involved in the local communities he serves. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Childrens Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Childrens Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba, John Buhler Research Centre, John Black Foundation and AIESEC Manitoba's Board of Advisors. He participates professionally on CPA Manitoba's Complaints Investigation Committee. Past Community involvement includes activities with his local church, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba (ICAM)Professional Conduct Committee, ICAM's Members Activity Committee, and ten years as a volunteer minor hockey coach.
