Christopher is an International Tax partner in BDO's Vancouver Office. With nearly 20 years of experience and a focus on international and M&A tax, he specializes in serving clients in the technology, biotech, and mining industries. Over his career, Christopher has implemented numerous cross-border financing structures, reorganized international operations, executed IP migrations, advised on cross-border acquisitions, and managed large tax compliance teams.
In addition to publishing several papers for the Canadian Tax Foundation, Christopher is an accomplished speaker and regular presenter at industry events including the Canadian Tax Foundation's 2004 and 2006 conferences and BDO's National Tax Conference in 2014.
