Braham is a Partner in BDO’s Toronto office and National Assurance Leader for the firm’s Private Equity practice. She has more than 13 years of experience working with private and public companies across technology, consumer business, healthcare, energy, and infrastructure.

Braham has extensive experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, giving her a deep understanding of the private capital environment and the priorities and expectations of investors and management teams. She works closely with executives and finance teams through growth, acquisitions, changes in ownership and significant transactions, including IPOs and going-private transactions.

A highly technical advisor, Braham regularly leads complex assurance and accounting engagements involving recurring revenue models, revenue recognition, IFRS and U.S. GAAP, business combinations, foreign operations, and debt and equity arrangements. She combines technical depth with practical industry and business insight to help senior finance teams navigate complex accounting matters and periods of change.
