He drives successful outcomes for privately held business owners by advising on all aspects of a transaction including succession planning, deal strategy, valuation, negotiations and due diligence.
Ashwin started his career at an international accounting firm focusing on the financial audits of public companies and large private companies. Since working in corporate finance, he has gained extensive experience with clients from various sectors such as M&D, food & agriculture, construction and healthcare.
Ashwin helps lead the firm’s Western Canadian M&A practice as well as the Private Equity practice in Alberta.
