Our M&A and Capital Markets team acted as advisors to Trinity Communication Services Ltd., by assisting the owners on the successful sale of their business.
Trinity is a highly regarded, diversified telecommunication and utility infrastructure contractor. Based in Ontario, it provides services to major national and regional telecommunication and utility service providers. Trinity specializes in underground, aerial, and commercial inside plant construction projects, and multi-dwelling unit installations.
