BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team is pleased to announce that Cowell Auto Group has been acquired by Go Auto.

BDO Canada’s M&A and Capital Markets team acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Cowell Auto Group, assisting the owners of the business with the complete divestiture process.

Cowell Auto Group operates four dealerships including Audi Richmond, Cowell Volkswagen, Jaguar Richmond, and Land Rover of Richmond. The company is a top-performing, Western Canadian dealership group, and we are very proud to have served as their advisor through this important transaction process.
