Julien Lassonde joins BDO Canada as SR&ED and Government Incentives Partner

Montreal (QC) – BDO Canada is proud to welcome Julien Lassonde as a Partner in our SR&ED and Government Incentives services team. With over 20 years of experience in securing government incentives for companies, Julien brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for maximizing funding opportunities for businesses both in Canada and globally.

Julien's unique blend of engineering and financial acumen allows him to offer innovative strategies for optimizing local and global incentives, including tax credits and grants, to help businesses grow, transform their organization, and invest in cutting-edge innovation.

In this role, Julien will specialize in Government Incentives support, including IP Box strategies, tax credits, grants and various other government funding programs across all industries. Julien holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, an M.B.A. in Finance from HEC Montreal, and is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers.

Julien will be based in our Montreal office, driving investment, innovation and growth for our clients across the country and around the world.
