His expertise spans finance transformation, human capital management, enterprise technology modernization, and large-scale program delivery, with a focus on helping organizations align strategy, operations, and technology to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Mark has advised public and private sector organizations across a range of industries, specializing in enterprise transformation enabled by modern enterprise business solutions. His expertise includes practice development, strategic alliance management, and executive-level program leadership.
He is based in BDO Canada's Toronto Bay Street office.
