OTTAWA – BDO Canada is pleased to welcome Chris Clarke as a Partner in the firm's Ottawa office.
Chris brings nearly a decade of experience serving owner-managed businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and public sector entities across eastern Ontario. He specializes in audit and assurance services for privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, with a particular focus on family-owned corporate groups with complex organizational structures.
Prior to returning to public practice, Chris spent nearly four years as a Financial Controller in the transportation, construction, and real estate sectors. This experience provides him with a practical understanding of the financial and operational challenges facing business owners and management teams and allows him to bring an industry-informed perspective to his client relationships.
Chris is actively involved in the communities he serves and has held volunteer positions on the Boards of Directors of the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA of Eastern Ontario.
