TORONTO – BDO Canada is pleased to welcome Andrea MacDonald, CPA, as a Partner and National Leader in its Assurance practice. Based in the Toronto Bay Street office, Andrea has a focus on asset management and private equity clients.
Andrea brings more than 10 years of experience serving financial institutions, specializing in asset management, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and real estate. She also spent six years in industry working with asset management companies in both the mining and real estate sectors.
Andrea is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario, having obtained her designation in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Accounting Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2007.
Andrea joins BDO Canada’s Toronto Bay Street office effective May 4, 2026.
