BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team is pleased to announce that IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group has acquired AquaTox Testing & Consulting Inc. (AquaTox) in an all-cash transaction.
BDO Canada acted as advisor to AquaTox, assisting the shareholders of the business throughout the complete divestiture process.
AquaTox Testing & Consulting Inc. operates one of the largest toxicology laboratories in Ontario and has provided testing services to industry and government agencies for more than 30 years.
Congratulations to both AquaTox Testing & Consulting Inc. and IEH Laboratories & Consulting Group on the completion of the transaction.
