[What excites you most about AI?]

Bruno Suppa:

The thing that most excites me is the fact that it's really supercharging decisions and the ability to better predict the outcome of something, at the point of decision. Now, again, at the snap of a finger, better information is available to you in order to facilitate an improved decision. It makes us all smarter.

[Do you think AI is a trend?]

Bruno Suppa:

My answer to that question is very likely no. I see the branding of AI personally continuing on. So I don't see the same risk associated with it being a trend. And plus I've seen the power of it. I'm living it and we're only at the starting point as the models that are being built, as this stuff becomes smarter, these algorithms become smarter, they learn more from us. It's only going to accelerate the transformative power of this technology.

[What are your thoughts on using AI responsibly?]

Bruno Suppa:

The balance of walking a line of encouraging the curiosity to use it, while also just making sure that we live up to the standards of public trust and public interest. So people expect us, clients expect us to be using their data in a secure way if we are going to be using it. So just walking that balance of being able to encourage the democratization or, you know, in broad masses' usage of AI, but at the same time making sure that we're adhering to those compliance issues and our commitments to our clients.

[How would you describe the need to keep up with changing technology?]

Bruno Suppa:

If you're not in the game right now, learning how it is, it'll be impossible for you to keep up. And the further removed you are from it, the harder it is going to be to be able to figure that out. So we're at the start of a race. It'd be like the equivalent of running around the track, right? And all of a sudden you start to run when Usain Bolt is within inches from the finish line, right? So it's really important. I think, that people start to figure out and get used to what this is and what it could mean for their businesses going forward.
