He has over 25 years of professional experience providing financial advisory services to CFOs and other senior financial executives and management. Tim specializes in business valuations and modeling, litigation support, advising on deal diligence, setting pricing for mergers and acquisitions, and forensic assignments. He has prepared valuations for business planning, shareholder transactions, litigation support, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Tim is qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice where he's also been appointed to create valuation reports. He has prepared both business valuations and damage quantifications for matrimonial settlements, commercial and shareholder disputes, expropriation matters, estate planning, and employee share purchases.

Tim has provided services to clients in finance, agriculture, manufacturing, retail and distribution, construction, not-for-profit organizations, insurance, and real estate. He's also experienced in forensic accounting and provides assistance to clients with respect to purchases and sales of businesses, corporate finance transaction, qualifying damages, determining business values, resolving disputes, and preparing evidence for trial.
