Prior to joining BDO, Shilpa worked in leadership positions across several domestic and international banks, where she was accountable for commercial and corporate banking transactions.
Shilpa holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, where she graduated with distinction, and is also a member of the Ontario Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA).
