Paul has over 13 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, and advisory services to public sector and not-for-profit organizations in British Columbia, including municipalities, regional districts, school districts, crown corporations, registered charities, educational associations, and not-for-profit real estate.

He has significant experience reporting complex financial issues under both Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations (ASNPO) and Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS), and special reporting frameworks required by legislation and funding arrangements.

Paul has an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day issues facing not-for-profit and public sector organizations. This includes governance, risk management, non-traditional funding streams, major capital projects, partnerships and cost sharing arrangements, financial reporting, and accountability to stakeholders. He is actively involved with his clients and community, providing tailored training sessions, presenting at key events, and serving as a board member for two registered charities.
