Patrice has provided business valuation, due diligence, financial analyses and quantification of economic damages services to clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, telecom, life sciences/ biopharmaceutical industries retail and manufacturing. He has successfully assisted a number of clients which include acquisitions and divestitures, fairness opinions, tax restructuring, corporate reorganizations, estate planning, shareholders disputes, and allocating the acquisition price for taxation and financial reporting purposes. Also, he has been involved in assignments in the field of intellectual property valuations for financial reporting and taxation purposes as well as for divestitures, acquisition and shareholders disputes.

Patrice is a member of BDO International Corporate Finance Group and BDO Eastern Canada FAS Leader. Between 2010 and 2012, Patrice has also served as a Managing Director in PwC’s New York office where he lead several projects for US and international clients.
