Nicole is a Partner in BDO's Montreal office, with more than 20 years of professional experience providing Canadian Tax services to private companies and their shareholders.
Nicole's client base comes from a wide range of industries, including real estate and construction, retail, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations.
Nicole has successfully assisted several clients with corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganization for owner-manager businesses, business acquisitions and sales, family business transition, implementation of trust structure, profit sharing structure for employees, and scientific research and experimental development claims. She also provides companies and their executives with advisory services relating to their income tax obligations.
Nicole is a member of BDO's Real Estate and Construction industry team.
As a leader in the tax community, she sits on the Taxation and Commodity Tax Working Group with CPA Quebec.Nicole also presents at seminars on various tax issues to both the accounting and legal communities, as well as the real estate industry.
In the wider community, Nicole also sits on the board of directors of “Cegep André-Laurendeau”.
