Executive Summary

Murray Kronick brings over 30 years of experience in management consulting as the National Service Lead for Performance Management at BDO. He is responsible for developing new methods and intellectual property as well as participating in industry fora. Murray’s approach is client-focused, forward-thinking and results-oriented, particularly on business and technology-based initiatives.

Murray has contributed to the business objectives of diverse public- and private-sector clients in both Canada and the U.S. He has been involved in such projects as strategic planning, business case preparation, outcomes planning, performance measurement, IT investment justification and portfolio management, investment planning and governance, business process re-engineering and change management.

Murray was recently the editor for the monthly column on performance management for Canadian Government Executive (CGE) Magazine for over 6 years. He is also the Founding President of the Eastern Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. He speaks English and French fluently and has facilitated many workshops and meetings in both official languages.
