Executive summary
Mina Farinacci is the East Leader for the Business Services & Outsourcing practice and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Previously, Mina was the Office Managing Partner for Québec. In this role, she focused on BDO's growth across the province, and saw that the firm continued to retain a strong client satisfaction level, while sparking new ideas and innovative client solutions. Her goal was to provide five-star service to all of her clients.
Mina has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries, namely financial services, manufacturing, agribusiness, real estate, construction, and technology. She has worked closely with First Nations communities and organizations, for which she performed audit mandates.
An accomplished professional and recognized as such by her peers, Mina is a compassionate and articulate woman who touches others with her sense of perspective, integrity, and dynamism. With her proactive leadership and innovative vision, she is not afraid to challenge established models and take risks.
Mina is highly involved in the community and currently serves on the Finance Committee of the Alzheimer Society of Canada and on the Steering Committee of the Christ Church Cathedral
