Marc has over 25 years of experience in management consulting. Marc has particular management consulting expertise in business case development, Treasury Board submissions for project approval, risk management, and project management. He is deeply knowledgeable about the application of various Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s policies on the management of projects, risk, and performance management.
Marc has successfully advised and supported clients with large $100+ million, multi-stakeholder and highly complex business transformation and information technology initiatives. His work during the definition phases of these initiatives has led to successful business cases and project approval submissions, as well as the establishment of well-defined and well-structured projects. Marc’s has extensive experience with shared-services business delivery models. His most recent experience involved supporting the business cases for a public sector shared services organization providing email, data center and telecommunications technology infrastructure services.
Marc was the Chief Operating Officer of Interis Consulting Inc. for 16 years before the company’s merger with BDO in February 2013.
