Lee Braaten

Executive Summary

With over 35 years in the practice of public accounting, Lee has spent his career working with private companies and public entities providing assurance and related services to a variety of management, ownership and governance structures across many industries. He has worked with companies that have experienced mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, succession planning and transition, emerging business opportunities and financial challenges and difficulties.  In addition, Lee has been part of leadership teams managing the execution of strategic change and business transformation for the Saskatoon practice.
 
In the Saskatoon community, Lee has served on a variety of not for profit boards providing leadership in the finance and audit areas.
