Executive summary

Kristine has seventeen years of experience in general accounting, audit and tax practices. She has worked with all areas of the public sector and NPO audit engagements in British Columbia which include school districts, health authorities, universities, colleges, crown corporations and agencies, and municipalities. She specializes in: Public sector and NPO audit and finance; Internal control review and consulting services for not-for-profit organizations and public sector organizations; and Private/public partnership and other capital consulting.

Kristine has delivered training to public sector clients on PSAB standards, emerging issues and performance measures. She has also presented to the BC Finance Health Professionals, the BC Association of School Business Officials and the Public Sector Accounting Standards – ICABC. Her extensive experience includes accounting and consulting advice for over five P3 projects in the Lower Mainland and ten PSAB conversion audits in 2013.
