Previously, Jim was the Alberta Office Managing Partner and a member of the Large Market Management Board, and a representative for the Advisory Services practice in the firm. Jim was also involved in the Diversity and Inclusion initiative at BDO.
Based in Calgary, Jim has more than 20 years of business experience. He has worked with the firm across its Western provinces with extensive experience helping clients grow their businesses, advising them on technology-based and business process solutions in order to help them reach their objectives.
Jim's past client experience includes vast industry experience in technology, software development, oil and gas, and consumer business.
Jim has been very active in many community associations, serving as a board member and volunteering time to community events.
