Jameson is a Partner and BDO's National Real Estate and Construction Leader, GTA & Mid-Market Enterprise Leader, Markets & Industry, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Jameson has extensive experience providing accounting and assurance services to public and private organizations, including advising on ASPE and IFRS matters. He has served the real estate industry throughout his entire career and specializes in real estate investment, development, and construction clients. In addition to conducting year-end audits of financial statements and advising on accounting standards, he has significant experience with both public and private REITs and management companies.

Jameson has also been involved in many initial public offerings, raising billions of dollars of capital. As the National Leader for Real Estate & Construction, Jameson ensures his team is up to date on emerging issues within the industry as well as changes to accounting and taxation standards. Under his leadership, the national team regularly shares industry best practices internally and with clients.

Within his practice, Jameson works with his team to ensure responsiveness to emerging issues and helps coordinate the team's services. He maintains communication with clients' management and oversees the progress of engagements. He recognizes the importance of developing strong relationships with senior client management, identifying and resolving issues early, and thoroughly understanding clients' businesses. He offers advice and ideas on accounting and reporting issues and internal controls and operating efficiencies.
