David is a partner in BDO's Montreal office, with over 20 years of professional experience advising on complex international business issues. He is also the Tax Office Service Line Leader for Quebec. David has advised more than 400 multinationals and start-ups across every region of the world in more than 75 countries. Drawing on his international expertise, David advises senior executives and entrepreneurs to make effective business and financial decisions that lead to value creation.
David has provided services to clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, agriculture, consumer business, real estate, manufacturing, natural resources, and professional services. David has significant experience and has led teams in global assignment including international expansion, merger and acquisition, transfer pricing, expatriate tax, foreign corporation carrying on business in Canada, corporate reorganization, tax controversy, and dispute resolution.
David is a member of BDO's International Tax Group. He is a frequent speaker at various events in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. David has also been active in a leadership capacity for many community, charity, and professional organizations. He sits on the Board of Directors of Genome Quebec.
