Executive summary

Claudio is a Partner in BDO's tax practice, with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting including 17 years in taxation. Claudio specializes in income tax for owner-managed businesses and professionals. His experience includes involvement in corporate and partnership reorganizations, tax aspects of sale and purchase of businesses, cross-border taxation, business succession, estate planning and personal and corporate tax planning. Claudio is a member of BDO's manufacturing and distribution group.

Claudio is a frequent speaker at various events and has served as a group study leader at the In-Depth Tax Course sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. Claudio is also a member of The Canadian Tax Foundation and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
