Throughout her career, she has delivered major technology and program investments in both the public and private sectors. With more than 20 years of experience, her specialties include advising public sector clients on complex business planning, policy compliance and business transformation initiatives.

Carrie works with clients directly to deliver tangible benefits.  She has directed numerous engagements to design and implement changes to federal government operations as a result of policy, governance, and fiscal imperatives. Her work background includes various senior positions, including Managing Principal and VP of Interis Consulting Inc., before the company’s merger with BDO in February 2013.
