Executive summary
Bill is a Partner in BDO's Audit and Assurance practice. He has over 15 years public accounting experience with both public and private companies. Bill was a member of BDO's IFRS working group which assessed the impact of the changeover to IFRS for publicly accountable enterprises in Canada.
Bill is a member of the firm's Technology, Media and Telecommunications “TMT” service team. He has experience dealing with the issues faced by TMT organizations including revenue recognition, international expansion and complex financing transactions.
Bill's experience includes serving public entities listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Canadian Venture Exchange, NASDAQ and AIM, including experience with US GAAP, IFRS, initial public offerings, acquisition accounting and securities filings. He is a member of the Firm's Public Company Team and works with companies primarily in North America and Europe. Bill has significant experience working with other members of the BDO International Network to ensure the provision of efficient quality services to International clients.
