Lefroy Harbour Resorts Inc. (“Lefroy Harbour”) consists of two premier marinas located on the southwestern point of Lake Simcoe, Ontario. With over 40 years of operational history, Lefroy Harbour and Kon Tiki Marine have established a reputation for its commitment to excellent customer service, family-friendly operations, and comprehensive boating and ancillary services. The company has pledged to maintain first-class facilities and services while promoting safe boating and environmental practices. Lefroy became the first marina in Canada to earn a level 5 platinum rating under the Clean Marine certification system. In addition to marina services, the company offers a developed boat distribution and servicing business.

Maple Leaf Marinas is a strategic investor focused on the acquisition and operation of marinas in Southern Ontario. With the acquisition of Lefroy Harbour and Kon Tiki Marine, Maple leaf Marinas owns seven operating marinas comprised of 2,440 boating slips.
