BDO Canada Transaction Advisory Services Advised On The Sale Of A Leading North American Manufacturer Of Envelopes

BDO Canada Transaction Advisory Services is pleased to announce that SupremeX Inc. (TSX: SXP) has acquired the assets of Royal Envelope Ltd. and Envelope Royal Inc. (together “Royal Envelope”), for a total purchase price of $27.4 million.

Royal Envelope is a leading envelope manufacturer and printer with facilities in Concord, Ontario and LaSalle, Quebec. The Company was founded in 1989 by Peter Bowles and Lou Tucci and reported approximately $30 million of revenue during its most recent financial year, primarily from the sale of envelopes and printing services. Royal Envelope employs about 135 people at its two primary production facilities in Concord and LaSalle.

BDO Canada Transaction Advisory Services acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Royal Envelope, assisting the company's owners through the divestiture process.
