It should come as no surprise the COVID-19 pandemic is top of mind for Canadian manufacturers. It has affected their supply chain and demand for their products, increased their costs, and forced them to adapt.
The 2020 Management Issues Survey reveals the views, concerns, and experiences of more than 500 manufacturing leaders across the country. The survey—conducted by the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters with BDO's collaboration—goes into greater detail about what changes manufacturers have made as a result of the pandemic, what government emergency support programs they've received, and when they expect production to return to pre-pandemic levels.
The survey results also describe:
