  • Developing the implementation timetable and resource plan.

BDO will support your quality leader(s) to develop and implement new and enhanced quality
management practices:

  • Enhancing and aligning current QMS processes to new standard requirements;
  • Developing and documenting new QMS processes;

Check: Leading the Internal Audit

BDO will lead your Internal Auditor(s) in conducting a full-system audit:

  • Developing the internal audit plan with your internal auditor(s);
  • Completing the internal audit of the QMS and reporting findings to the management;
  • Supporting internal auditor(s) in developing corrective actions and closing the audit.

Act: Achieving Certification

BDO will support your quality leader(s) throughout the QMS registration process:

  • Communicating and scheduling the certification audit date with the Registrar;
  • Supporting your quality leader(s) in resolving system non-conformities.
