On February 3, 2020 pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Interim Receivership Order"), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Interim Receiver (the "IR") to exercise the powers and duties as specifically set out in the Interim Receivership Order with respect to the assets, undertakings and properties of Stratford Casual Eats Inc., 1928306 Ontario Inc., 2171445 Ontario Inc. and 2212975 Ontario Inc.
