(a) The actions of the Interim Receiver to date;

(b) The sale of the real property, and a distribution of funds on the closing of the sale;

(c) The release of specified personal property to claimants, and the sale of the remaining personal property; and

(d) The professional fees of the Interim Receiver and its legal counsel for the period to December 31, 2006.
