On the 18th day of May, 2016, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in Bankruptcy and Insolvency, BDO Canada Limited, became the Court Appointed Receiver in respect of the property of Riverdale Fur Farms Limited ("Riverdale"), 3068810 Nova Scotia Limited ("3068810") and Lowell Percy Sabine ("LS").
