All interested parties are advised that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") issued an Order on November 21, 2012 which appointed BDO Canada Limited ("BDO") as the Claims and Distribution Officer in order to conduct and complete a claims and distribution process.
General Comments
In our capacity as Claims and Distribution Officer, BDO will be sending correspondence and proofs of claim to parties who have been identified to BDO, or who contact BDO, to confirm their respective claims for purposes of receiving a share of the funds the Claims and Distribution Officer has in its possession and control, subject to approval of the Court.
In order to confirm your claim, please include documentation supporting the amount of your claim.
Although we will make every attempt to answer creditor questions regarding this process, we recommend that creditors refer to this site regularly to keep apprised of developments instead of calling the Claims and Distribution Officer. This will minimize administration costs and maximize recoveries to creditors.
