Marener Industries Inc.

On January 16, 2013, Marener Industries Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and BDO Canada Limited of Halifax was appointed as Trustee.

On February 15, 2013, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia granted an Order extending the time to file a Proposal to March 1, 2013.

As Marener Industries Inc. failed to file a Proposal or make a further application for an Order to extend time to file a Proposal by March 1, 2013, the company was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy on March 2, 2013.

Marener Engineered Systems Inc.

On January 16, 2013, Marener Engineered Systems Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and BDO Canada Limited of Halifax was appointed as Trustee.

On February 15, 2013, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia granted an Order extending the time to file a Proposal to March 1, 2013.

As Marener Engineered Systems Inc. failed to file a Proposal or make a further application for an Order to extend time to file a Proposal by March 1, 2013, the company was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy on March 2, 2013.

On January 16, 2013, Marener Industries (NL) Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and BDO Canada Limited of Halifax was appointed as Trustee.

On February 15, 2013, the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador granted an Order extending the time to file a Proposal to April 1, 2013.

Marener Industries (NL) Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 13, 2013.
