On May 3, 2019, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) issued an Order appointing Hardie & Kelly Inc. as Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of the property of Inara Investments Inc., including, without limitation, the Quality Inn – Whitecourt.
