Sales Process

In the matter of the Icefloe Technologies Inc. ("ICE").

On January 31, 2008 BDO Dunwoody Limited, was appointed as the Trustee in Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA"), pursuant to an an assignment in bankruptcy filed by the directors of the company. BDO Dunwoody Limited was subsequently retained as agent by the secured creditors of ICE to offer for sale the intellectual property of ICE.

Request for Offers to Purchase Intellectual Property of a Leading Producer of Flash Chilling Technology

BDO Dunwoody Limited ("BDO") is inviting offers to purchase all of the intellectual property of Icefloe Technologies Inc. These technologies include draft beer chillers, in-line boosters for draft beer towers, consumer units, ice crystal technology, rapid chilling apparatuses, and all related trademarks.

ICE was a publicly incorporated company operating in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada since 2001. They produced a variety of flash chilling devices for commercial, recreational, and foodservice uses. These devices can be standalone chilling devices, or additions to current cooling systems as used in bars and restaurants around the world. All of the ICE's technology can deliver draft beer with little foam loss at a temperature at or below 32 degrees fahrenheit from the most hot and agitated keg.

This invitation should not be construed as a Sale by Tender. The highest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted and BDO may terminate the sales process at any time. All offers will be considered on an individual basis as and when received, and must be received by no later than 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time on 30 April 2008.
