All interested parties are advised that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy and Insolvency issued an Order on November 9, 2010 which appointed BDO Canada Limited as the Claims and Distribution Officer in conducting and completing the claims and distribution process.
General Comments
In our capacity as Claims and Distribution Officer, BDO Canada Limited will be sending correspondence to the investors to confirm their respective claims for purposes of receiving a pro-rata share of the funds the Claims and Distribution Officer has in its possession and control.
In confirming your total claim amount, please include documentation supporting your principal investment amount, as well as documentation supporting any payments made to your over the course of your investment dealings with Hillcorp.
**For greater certainty only the net investment of an individual will be considered for distribution purposes.
Although we will make every attempt to answer investors/creditor questions regarding the Claims administration, we recommend that investor/creditors refer to this site regularly to keep apprised of developments instead of calling the Claims and Distribution Officer. This will minimize administration costs and maximize recoveries to investors/creditors.
