Notice to Creditors of Fincore Industries Inc. (the "Applicant")

BDO Dunwoody Limited was appointed Monitor of Fincore Industries Inc. ("Fincore" or the "Company") under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act on the 15th day of September 2004, pursuant to an order ("Order") of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice - Commerical List.

• CCAA Initial Order - 15 September 2004

The Order enables the Company to continue its day-to-day operations in the ordinary course without interference from Fincore creditors. The Order specifically requires suppliers, including utility companies and landlords, to continue to supply at normal prices and to continue to allow the tenant its usual occupancy.

The Monitor's duties include the monitoring of the business operations and financial affairs of Fincore, assisting Fincore in formulating a Plan of Compromise or Arrangement, and providing reasonable information to creditors. The Monitor is not operating the business of Fincore.

Established in 1992, Fincore is an Automotive Tier II supplier of surface coating technologies, located in Scarborough, Ontario. Additional information on Fincore can be found on the Company's website, www.fincore.com
