The Cochran Landing Group has filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI Filing”) under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) on February 25, 2022 (the “Effective Date”). BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) has been appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee under the NOI Filing. The Trustee has established this website to make publicly available all relevant information and any such other documents as deemed necessary by the Trustee.
