On the 29th day of October 2018, the undersigned, BDO Canada Limited, became Receiver or Receiver/Manager in respect of the property of Burry's Shipyard Inc., an insolvent person that is described below:

  • Real Property located at 3 Wharf Road, Clarenville, NL
  • Certain machinery and equipment located at 3 Wharf Road, Clarenville, NL

BDO Canada Limited became a Receiver or Receiver/Manager in respect of the property described above by virtue of being appointed by the Business Development Bank of Canada (“BDC”) pursuant to:

  • General and specific Security Agreements in favour of the BDC as against all of the Company's present and after acquired personal property and all proceeds thereof. The aforementioned security was registered by the Lender pursuant to the Personal Property Security Act (Newfoundland and Labrador) on November 22, 2012, by way of a PPSA Financing Statement bearing Registration Number 10530798 and amended on November 26, 2012 by way of Registration Number 10544120.
  • Mortgage on land and buildings located at 3 Wharf Road, Clarenville, NL
