On May 25, 2021, pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as an investigative receiver (the “Receiver”) to exercise the powers and duties as directed therein with respect to Altmore Mortgage Investment Corporation.
