We also partner with external learning organizations like the Canadian Management Centre, Harvard Business School Publishing and Upstream Academy to ensure that our employees have the resources to excel and develop professionally.

At BDO, we are committed to your entire professional development. We provide a Common Final Examination (CFE) preparatory program, BDO University training courses and continued learning programs to support all phases of your career. As a talented accounting professional, your exceptional client service and learning accomplishments will be rewarded by your peers, clients and communities.
BDO CPA Student Program
The BDO CPA Student Program demonstrates our commitment to employees pursuing their CPA designation. As a new CPA student at BDO, your preparation for the CFE begins as soon as you arrive at the firm. Our CFE Preparatory Program provides you with live and virtual training and participation in centrally-marked practice exams.
To ensure your success, you will receive coaching from mentors and time-off to study and write your exams. In addition, we provide educational support through fee reimbursements for you to take preparatory programs offered through the provincial CPA institute or other external providers.
