BDO Dunwoody LLP and Hudson LLP Merger Creates 6th Largest Accounting Firm in Calgary

Calgary, Canada: Hudson LLP and BDO Dunwoody LLP have agreed to merge their professional services. The merged offices will operate under the BDO Dunwoody LLP name.
BDO will provide accounting and advisory services to both public and private companies, building on the successful operations of both BDO Dunwoody and Hudson in the Calgary marketplace.
Both firms are highly successful today operating as independent entities. Together, there will be over 150 staff, including 18 partners, 20 senior managers and managers and 120 staff. Additionally, clients will have access to an expanded talent pool of 1,300 professionals and over 300 partners across Canada and as a member firm of BDO International, access to a network that spans over 100 countries.
