BDO Dunwoody Limited, in its capacity as Interim Receiver (the "Interim Receiver") of Rieger Printing Ink Company Limited ("Rieger"), Rieger Inks Holding Corporation ("Rieger Holding") and Rieger Inks Incorporated ("Rieger Inc"), collectively referred to as the "Companies", is inviting offers for the purchase of the going concern business and assets of the Companies.
As a leading Canadian printing ink manufacturer, Rieger serves a large and distinguished list of customers including large newspaper and magazine publishers, packaging materials manufacturers, printing companies and wallpaper manufacturers. This presents a unique acquisition opportunity for strategic purchasers looking to increase capacity, access new geographic markets and/or expand their current manufacturing capabilities.
This invitation should not be construed as a Sale by Tender. The highest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted and the Interim Receiver may terminate the sale process at any time. All offers will be considered on an individual basis as and when received, and must be received by no later than Friday, 29 August 2008 by 5:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
