Farmer/Breeder Information
In most situations, the birds are owned by the farmer/breeder. The Trustee has no interest in the birds. The Trustee is not aware of other networks to purchase or process pigeons for food. For assistance in handling the birds, the following organizations have confirmed to BDO that farmers/breeders may contact them.

Certain contracts were with Arlan Galbraith personally and not the corporation Pigeon King. BDO will post this information as soon as it is available. These individuals, if they are owed money, would have a claim against the individual and not Pigeon King International Inc.
Some individuals have questioned the business activity as misrepresentation or fraudulent. The Trustee has possession of all records and will be completing a review of banking activity for the past one to two years. The findings will be included in a written report prepared for the Creditor meeting on July 30, 2008. In the meantime, should you wish to lodge a formal complaint, you may submit it in writing to the Trustee. Alternatively, you may contact the Waterloo Regional Police Services at 519-653-7700 extension 4751, 4756 or 4757.
The breeder contracts appeared to be that of an investor nature. The debt declared by the Officer of Pigeon King International Inc. for the bankruptcy documents was the original purchase amount by breeders less any amounts paid to the breeder for the buy back of young birds. The Trustee will be reviewing all claims submitted for amounts owed to determine if the balance is in fact a debt of Pigeon King International Inc. or the balance of an investment account.
