Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated July 15, 2011 pursuant to section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O 1990 c. C.43, as amended, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver of the property, assets and undertaking of the Owen Sound Golf and Country Club, Limited and Kenneth W. Rowe Limited (collectively referred to as “OSGCC”) and is inviting offers for the purchase of the going concern business and/or assets of OSGCC.
OSGCC was formed as a semi-private not-for-profit golf course in 1920 and operated a 18 hole golf course near the City of Owen Sound.
