On April 14, 2008, a Receiving Order was made against Elite Farms Limited of the community of Ste. Anne du Russeau,
County of Yarmouth, Province of Nova Scotia, and BDO Dunwoody Goodman Rosen Inc. was appointed as
Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the Official Receiver at Halifax.
The first meeting of creditors was held on the May 13, 2008 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the offices of BDO Dunwoody Goodman Rosen Inc., Suite 620, 1718 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
